At Sillage Essence, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your bottle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at sillageessence@gmail.com. Include your order number and a photo of the damage and we will make it right.
